bank-level 256-bit encryption

The security of your data has top priority in our company. We have built mechanisms to make sure your data is safe and we use bank-level 256-bit encryption to store your data.

To connect to your bank account(s) we use Plaid, an Open Banking platform to securely access and categorise your financial data. During the registration process, you will be asked to enter your online banking credentials.

Please note that these credentials never touch our servers, nor are they stored by us in any way. Brevius therefore never has access to your online banking password.

Your credentials are sent through Plaid to your bank or credit card provider. Plaid then sends back an encrypted token to us which provides read-only access to your transaction data.

We cannot make any transactions from your account or move any money. You can revoke our read-only access token by unlinking your account at any time.

Please note that Brevius is an agent of Plaid, this means that Brevius provides the services on behalf of Plaid who acts as the principal. By using our services, you also enter into an agreement with Plaid.

We host our servers securely using Amazon Web Services (AWS), a secure online data storage and hosting service that is used by many of the biggest companies in the world.

Your data on our servers will never be accessed or used by any other party.

Brevius will never sell any of your data. We will only use it for the purpose of providing our service to you.
